The Montgomery County Clerk, Charlotte Schmidt would like to remind citizens in the county that due to the closing of the Court House to the public through April 6th that the following time sensitive filings will still be processed by appointment only.
Homestead or Safe Senior Property Tax Refund with the current deadline of April 15th.
2020 Election Candidate Filings with the current deadline of June 1st at noon.
It's necessary for you to call the Montgomery County Clerk's office at 620-330-1200 to schedule your appointment. If you need to register to vote or to make changes to your voter registration, give them a call and they will mail you the necessary forms.
