The Montgomery County Commissioners met for their weekly meeting on Monday in Independence with a wide range of topics on the agenda.

The Commissioners opened the meeting as usual with the approval of the agenda, minutes and invoices for the week. County Health Director Carolyn Muller stopped by for just a brief minute as she was in need of signatures for grant applications.

Towards the end of the meeting there was a public hearing regarding Prosperiti Builders as they continue to prepare and work towards getting their business set up at their new location at the old Southwire building near the Industrial Park.
