Kansas State Treasurer and Conservative Candidate for Congress Jake LaTurner closed out his Southeast Kansas Tour on Monday night with a visit in Coffeyville.
LaTurner was meeting with residents of Montgomery County to discuss the 2nd District Congressional Race.
On Monday, LaTurner made rounds in Parsons, Mound Valley, Independence and ended his day with the stop in Coffeyville as he met with the residents on the Coffeyville Community College campus in the Oak Room at the Student Union.

LaTurner mentioned that there were plenty of pressing issues that the people in southeast Kansas wanted to discuss throughout his tour through the area on Monday. (Audio)
The 2nd District Congressional Race's election is set for Tuesday, August 4th and LaTurner plans to make more stops throughout southeast Kansas and Coffeyville between now and the election.
