The Kansas Airstrip Attack is set to hit Independence in April.

Shift Sector was founded around nine years ago and was started with drift and drag racing with it progressing over the years with the Airstrip Attack being one of the more popular events that they do each year.
Events will take place all over the country including Colorado, Oregon, Indiana and Texas and it will be the first time that this event hits the state of Kansas.
The event will take place April 18th and 19th which is a Saturday and Sunday at the Independence Municipal Airport and the event features half mile side by side drag racing and a trap speed competition.
The best way to get tickets is to order them online at www.airstripattack.co and you can get full weekend tickets for just $30 compared to $25 per day if you decide to pay the day of the event. Also children three and under will get in for free.
