USD 447 will continue the series of community meetings to discuss facility needs. The meetings will be held at the Cherryvale Middle and High School, food will be served from 5:00-5:30 with the meetings running from 5:30-7:00pm. The first meeting will be January 14^th and will feature Montgomery County Emergency Coordinator Rick Whitson and the Cherrvale Police Department talking storm shelters and other weather safety concerns. Following that there will be meetings February 3^rd, February 18^th, March 5^th and March 16^th with topics ranging from education to finance.

More meetings will be scheduled as needed. Upon conclusion of this series of meetings, it is likely that a committee of volunteers will form to create several facility improvement options to bring back to the community for additional input.
