Montgomery County District Judge F. William Cullins admits that he cursed in conversations with staff and attorneys and was sometimes unprofessional in his conduct.  However, he denies he was abusive towards court staff or direct vulgar and sexist terms at female workers.  Cullins testified Friday in the fourth day of testimony before a state panel looking into complaints by court staff and attorneys.
