Get the holidays started off right with some early Christmas parades in Cherokee County! Several parades will be held throughout the county this week. Things kicked off with a parade in Scammon on Sunday, but there'll be four more parades this week. Columbus will hold its parade on Wednesday at 4 p.m, while Riverton, Baxter Springs, and Galena will hold parades on Saturday at noon, 2, and 4 p.m. respectively.
