We’ve entered into what a Kansas State University professor of food nutrition calls the season of feasting. The season, which started with Halloween, doesn’t end until Super Bowl Sunday. During this four month period, Food Nutrition Specialist Tanda Kidd says it’s easy to eat too many foods that are high in fat, sugar and sodium.
Kidd says people should eat until they are satisfied, not until they are stuffed. Unfortunately, She says there’s often a fine line between eating just enough to satisfy your hunger and eating way too much.
