Halloween Safety Tips

Executive Director of the Greater Kansas City & Northwest Missouri Chapter of the American Red Cross Jeremie Ballinger says Halloween is even more fun when everyone stays safe. It’s a challenge to prepare and plan wisely for all the Halloween fun and festivities but doing so helps avoid problems.
