Atmos Energy has filed an application with the Kansas Corporation Commission requesting a rate increase. Manager of Public Affairs Aaron Bishop says the reason behind the request is to help fund improvements and upgrades that they have already made.
Bishop says customers can express their opinions on the matter until December 13th. They have public hearings scheduled, you can send a letter, give them a call or visit their website.
