The cause of Saturday’s fire on East 1st Street is now known.  Fire investigators have determined the cause of the blaze was electrical in nature.  The woman injured in the fire was transferred from Coffeyville Regional Medical Center to Tulsa’s Hillcrest Medical Center which is home to the Alexander Burn Center. The fire was reported shortly before 5 pm.   

Damage to the home and contents is estimated at $30,000.
