The 8th Annual KANOKLA Coyote Challenge takes place this weekend after being rescheduled from earlier in the month. The challenge is a coyote hunt benefiting the Caney Fire Department.  Hunters may register beginning at 5:30 Friday evening at the Antique Tractor Club off US 75 north of Caney.  The entry fee is $200 per team, for up to three hunters. The pot has a 70% payout.  Hunting hours are from sunrise to sunset on Saturday. Check-in will be at 7:30 Saturday evening at the tractor club.
