A woman charged in the shooting death in Cherryvale last week. Julie Ann Fagerstrom has been charged with second-degree intentional murder. If convicted Fagerstrom faces a sentence of between 12 to 55 years in prison and a $300,000 fine. She will return to court on Jan 15 for selection of her preliminary hearing until then she remains free after posting bail.
Fagerstrom is charged in the shooting of Richard Schultheiss on November 26th. Schultheiss died of a single gunshot wound.
