A water survey gets underway in Caney. City Administrator Fred Gress says the state has requested the survey to determine how many homes have lead or copper pipe in them.

Gress says residents are being mailed a four question survey. He says it is OK if you do not know the answers, you can simply respond that you don't know. Once completed, the surveys should be returned to Caney City Hall.
