The old Amazon building remains on the auction block for another month as they were unable to hit their reserve from the initial bidding. M.C.A.C’s Trisha Purdon says the bid is only at 7 million as someone may be getting a good deal on a huge building. She urges investors to get involved as the size of the facility allows for rental space as well. A smart investor could get a low priced building with huge potential of space to rent to other businesses. Purdon again mentioned where the bid stands, which is at 7 million dollars. Purdon mentioned the owners would like to hit their reserve but are willing to take a loss on the bidding which ends on the 17th of November, that falling on Saturday makes Purdon believe we will have our answer that following Monday.
