An employee of the Linn County Jail has been booked into the jail. The Kansas Bureau of Investigation reports 48-year-old John O. Carr was arrested following an investigation into an alleged July incident. He was arrested on a complaint of sexual battery, a class A misdemeanor.
Carr was arrested at the Linn County Sheriff's Office in Mound City.
