Coffeyville Resources Refining & Marketing and the Fertilizer Facility plan to run their annual test this morning. The test is part of the emergency action plan to notify the community in case there is a hazardous material release. The warning sirens will be activated at 10 am. Typically, there would be a a digital voice message describing what action should be taken by residents.
