Ten-X Commercial is hopeful someone is ready to bid. An on-line auction opens today and continues through Thursday on the former Amazon building. Montgomery County Action Council's Trisha Purdon says a potential buyer, if they didn't need all the space, could make some rental income on the deal.

She says there has been interest in the warehouse expressed by a couple of companies in the Kansas City area and some international firms, as well.
