A Baxter Springs man pleads guilty to a charge of breach of privacy. 44-year-old Troy Eugene Maxton admitted during arraignment that he put a camera in an inappropriate place. Cherokee County Attorney Jake Conard says Maxton placed a cell phone camera under a bathroom door to take a picture, knowing a juvenile female was preparing to take a shower. Maxton faces up to 23-months in prison.
Sentencing is set for October 24th.
