A Coffeyville teenager who was pulled from the water at the Coffeyville Aquatic Center on the 4th of July has died.  18 year old Juan Manuel Donis-Francisco passed away at a Tulsa hospital where he had been on life support since being life flighted from CRMC on the afternoon of July 4th.  Donis-Francisco was a 2018 graduate of Field Kindley High School.  An account has been set up at Community State Bank to
