What's it going to cost me and what is my money going to? Those are the two questions USD 445 Superintendent Craig Correll say most voters have when deciding on a bond issue.
Correll says he was hoping their was going to be a sales tax question to go along with this bond to lessen the burden on home owners, but the Coffeyville City Commission voted not to allow it.
