Severe storms move across southeast Kansas overnight. Some Coffeyville residents were greeted by a lack of electricity and a lot of debris this morning. Interim City Manager Michael Shook says his first lineman was called out shortly after 4 a.m. to start restoring power. Shook says there were over 100 addresses left without service by the storms.
Residents around Caney tell KGGF News they received 4-to-6 inches of rain from the storm system.
