1.19 billion gallons of water produced at the water treatment plant in the City of Coffeyville. To ensure tap water is safe to drink, the EPA prescribes regulations which limit the amount of certain contaminants in water provided by public water systems. The City’s water is treated according to EPA’s regulations. During 2017 there were no violations of drinking water standards.
The City of Coffeyville provides water to the residents and businesses in town, to the cities of Dearing and South Coffeyville and five rural water districts. A copy of the water report is available on the City’s website, and printed copies are available in the City Clerk’s office at 102 W. 7th Street.
