Work continues to improve the parking lot near 9th Street and Maple downtown Coffeyville. City Commissioners last night approved a resolution to contract with Heckert Construction to finish work on the project. The City's Thomas Osborne says the project required more work than planned due to failure of the base.
Commissioners also approved a resolution to grant a pipeline right of way easement to Coffeyville Resources Nitrogen Fertilizer across Wilcox Street.
