Whether you’re working, volunteering or personally handling food, having the right safety knowledge is best for everyone. Barbara Ames from the K-State Wildcat Extension District explains they have classes that will teach you the proper techniques.Having the correct knowledge of how to handle your foods is what’s recommended and will give all your guests peace of mind you know how to handle foods. A 10 dollar registration is due by May 24th to participate, and the class will take place in two different locations.
