A traffic stop in Chanute ends with a man going to jail. Justin Diebolt was pulled over by Chanute Police near 21st Street and South Santa Fe. During a search of his vehicle, K-9 Officer Quake detected an odor of narcotics.
Diebolt was taken into custody on complaints of driving on a revoked license, illegal tag display, no insurance, and possession of depressants.
