Montgomery County Commissioners continue work on a neighborhood revitalization plan that could be implemented county-wide. The program would require a minimum investment of $10-thousand in new construction. York notes the school districts, cities, and community colleges have to agree with the plan.
The commission would like to have it begin July 1st.
