The Coffeyville Police Department completes an investigation into a January shooting. Chief Kwin Bromley says an arrest has been made.  Bromley says more charges could be filed against Fullard, including a count of robbery.

24-year-old Lester Gregory Fullard of Coffeyville remains in the Montgomery County Jail.
