New regulations will be in place after a poultry bill gets through the Kansas House and Senate. Representative Jim Kelly says there hadn't been anything in place before.  Kelly says now they have framework in place in case Tyson or any other poultry producer does come into Kansas.

Governor Jeff Colyer will need to approve the measure.
