The president of the Coffeyville Boys and Girls Club is recognized at the Youth of the Year Competition held by the state-wide organization. Jim Falkner was named Volunteer of the Year. He was also named to the state board responsible for legislative, funding and legal issues. Coffeyville's representative at the competition, Juleonna Stevenson finished in 3rd place.
