The Oklahoma City Thunder are on top of the basketball world, celebrating their NBA Championship with a parade yesterday in downtown OKC.
Hundreds of thousands of fans and community members lined the streets around the Paycom Center, which is where the festivities began with player and coach speeches. Guard Aaron Wiggins gave an unforgettable regard, and says the organization has come a long way in his four seasons.
NBA MVP and Finals MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander also addressed the crowd during the celebration. He says the players and team are very appreciative of the support the community has given.
It's a quick turnaround for the franchise, as the Thunder have two first-round picks in tonight's NBA Draft.
