Chiefs Sign Former 1st Round Wide Receiver

The Kansas City Chiefs are adding to one of the weakest positions on the roster.

Kansas City has agreed to a one-year deal with Marquise "Hollywood" Brown worth up to $11 million. Brown has been in the NFL for five seasons, spending three in Baltimore and two in Arizona.

Brown emerged as the star deep-threat wide receiver at Oklahoma along with Heisman trophy winner Kyler Murray, scoring 10 touchdowns with over 1,300 yards receiving.

Brown turns 27 this summer, and will see significant playing time in Kansas City, with other young receivers Rashee Rice and Skyy Moore.

Brown was a first round pick in the 2019 NFL draft.
