KU established dominance early, scoring the first six points of the game, and never looked back.
Head coach Bill Self says it was another complete performance for the team.
Hunter Dickinson finished with 21 points, Kevin McCullar had 18, and KJ Adams had 16, as the Big Three continue to play at a high level.
The Jayhawks are 3-1 in league play and sit in a tie for 1st place in the Big 12 standings.
