The Red Ravens make one of the first coaching staff changes under new head coach Nick Dobler.

 

Jason Smith has been hired as the new Associate Head Coach and Offensive Line Coach at CCC.

 

Smith was the No. 2 overall pick in the 2009 NFL Draft out of Baylor University, the highest drafted offensive lineman in the history of the Big 12 Conference.

 

Smith is a native of Dallas, Texas, and was a four-year starter in college, as well as an All-American as a senior. He spent four seasons in the NFL, and was inducted into the Baylor Hall of Fame in 2020.

 

He most recently served as an offensive analyst at North Texas University.
