Nado Fall to Pittsburg in First League Game

The Nado Boys fall to 3-2 after a 65-54 loss to Pittsburg. Coffeyville jumped out to a lead in the first quarter thanks to Guard Jake Horner, who would score the first 16 points for the Nado.

Despite Horner's hot first quarter Pittsburg would end the quarter with a 19-18 lead and never let go of it. The Dragons extended their lead to 37-26 at halftime. In the second half, the Nado would get the lead down to single digits a handful of times, but could only ever get it as close as eight.

Pittsburg was led by Mason English, who had 24 points. Horner finished with 24 points, but no other Nado would score double digits as Aaron Tunstall had nine and Jamarrion Logan had eight. Nado wrap up the 2023 part of the season on Tuesday traveling to Independence.
