With the Coffeyville Red Ravens not returning much experience, the 2023-24 season will be a major opportunity for sophomore forward Boubacar Keita.
Keita did not see consistent minutes last season due to the depth on the Raven roster, led by 1st-team all-conference forwards Hayden Brittingham and Jordan Wildy. Keita says he's been working hard to be ready for his chance.
A college basketball player is always looking for ways to improve their game on the court. Keita says he's been working on putting in work off the court to benefit him on the court.
Jay Herkelman and the Red Ravens have championship hopes as a group, but Keita says he also has a few personal goals for this season as well.
Boubacar and the Ravens open the season next week at Nellis Hall against Fort Scott.
