Having won 13 of their past 14 matches, the Coffeyville Red Raven volleyball team looks to carry momentum on the road for a date with the top team in the country.

 

CCC goes head to head with the #1 Johnson County Cavaliers, in a rematch of last year's Plains District A Championship. Johnson County remains unbeaten in 2023 with a 19-0 record, the second longest unbeaten streak in program history.

 

The Red Ravens utilize two setters in two different floor spots. Head coach Deardin Kelley says it's due to maximizing talents on both offense and defense.

 

Coffeyville is 13-1 following a 2-7 start to the season, and look to maintain their status in the top half of the conference. Kelley says she is hopeful her team will prove they belong with championship contenders.

 

CCC and Johnson County battle tomorrow night at 6:30 p.m.
