There's no place like home for the Coffeyville Community College Red Ravens, who won a massive conference doubleheader with Garden City.

 

The Lady Ravens began the evening with a thrilling 3-2 victory over the Broncbusters. The first goal was courtesy of a miscue from the Garden defense, and set the Ravens up for their second conference victory of the season.

 

The men followed the opening act with a 5-1 victory of their own. The Red Ravens took a 2-1 lead to the locker room, before a trio of second half goals put the game out of reach. Coffeyville is 5-2-2 on the season, with their only losses coming to #3 Cowley and #11 Barton.

 

Both programs will be back in action at home on Wednesday against the Seward County Saints, with the women playing at 4 p.m. and the men at 6 p.m.
