The Caney Valley Bullpups begin their season tonight on the road against the Erie Red Devils.

 The Bullpups defeated Erie last year 28-0, but Head Coach Criss Davis says it's always a challenge taking on the Red Devils.

 Davis says the biggest challenge most teams will face in week one is conditioning issues caused by extreme heat early in the preseason.
