The Kansas Jayhawks open the 2023 season tomorrow against Missouri State.

 

Kansas is looking to build off of a 6-7 season that included highs and lows, but culminated in the most successful season for the program in 15 years.

 

Head Coach Lance Leipold says he wants his group to treat this game like any other.

 

The Jayhawks offense was elite at the national level in 2022, but the defense struggled for much of the season.

 

Leipold says the key is to establish more of a balance in 2023.
