The nation's top ranked center in the Class of 2024 is a Kansas Jayhawk.

 

Five-star center Flory Bidunga committed to KU over the weekend, over other finalists such as Duke, Michigan, and Auburn.

 

Bidunga ranks as the No. 4 prospect in the nation, and the top ranked center, according to 247Sports. He made an official visit to Lawrence back in May, and is the first commit for the 2024 Kansas class.

 

Bidunga was dominant in his junior season, winning the Indiana Gatorade Player of the Year after averaging 20.2 points and 13.8 rebounds per game. He is also a game changer with interior defense, averaging nearly five blocks per game.

 

Jayhawks coach Bill Self historically runs his offense through an impact center, and now, the top ranked player at the position will soon be the newest KU star.
