Chiefs Open Preseason Against Saints

For the first time since their Super Bowl victory in February, the Kansas City Chiefs will take the field against an opponent this weekend.

Kansas City will travel to New Orleans for a date with the Saints on Sunday afternoon. Although starters won't see the field for long, if at all, there are still a number of young and inexperienced players to have eyes on.

Wide receiver Justyn Ross has captured attention all camp, standing a massive 6-foot-4 and having a very similar frame to former college teammate Tee Higgins. He has shown impressive ball skills, and will look to make the 53 man roster.

Tulsa graduate Deneric Prince is another player to watch, emerging as a potential kick and punt returner as a rookie. Prince will also get plenty of snaps as a running back, with Isiah Pacheco recovering from injury.

On defense, first round pick Felix Anudike-Uzomah will finally trade the Kansas State purple for the Chiefs red. Considered one of the best pass rushers in the country in college, Anudike-Uzomah will have an opportunity to carve out a role with the Chiefs defense in his rookie season.
