A member of the Kansas City Chiefs 2019 Super Bowl team has been arrested in Charlotte on multiple charges.

Cornerback Bashaud Breeland was arrested Monday afternoon following a traffic stop. WBTV Charlotte's John Carter has the details on the charges Breeland is facing.

In April of 2020, Breeland was arrested in South Carolina on multiple charges including drug possession and resisting arrest.

Breeland played college football at Clemson before being drafted in 2014 by Washington. He spent eight seasons in the NFL playing for four different franchises, including two seasons with the Chiefs.
