Kansas State Basketball Prepares for Overseas Trip

Members of the Kansas State Wildcats basketball program spoke to the media days before traveling overseas.

The Wildcats are taking a two week trip to Israel and Abu Dhabi, where they will play in exhibition games, as well as experience the culture and history of the area.

Head Coach Jerome Tang says the time together will be important.

The international trip is one that Division 1 programs can only take once every four years. Tang says this is a bucket list opportunity for him.

One of the biggest x-factors is new point guard and former Coffeyville Community College Red Raven Tylor Perry. Perry says he's thankful to be back in Kansas.

The Wildcats trip will last from August 9th to August 20th.
