Coffeyville Community College has been projected to finish in second place in the 2023 KJCCC Football Standings.
The predicted order of finish was revealed at the annual Media Day last week in Wichita. The projections are voted on by the coaches in the KJCCC.
Defending champion Hutchinson is predicted to repeat atop the conference, with Coffeyville second and Butler third. Garden City, Independence, Dodge City, and Highland round out the seven team conference.
CCC finished the season 8-3 in 2022, losing a pair of games to the Hutch Blue Dragons as well as a game to the cross-county rival Independence.
CCC faces Hutchinson, as well as defending national champion Iowa Western, on the road this season. The Red Ravens open the 2023 season on the road against Highland on August 26th.
