Nado Get Back in Win Column

Field Kindley ends their five game losing streak with a 62-49 win over Caney.

Caney started hot from beyond the arc hitting three of their first four threes and would lead 11-9 after the first quarter. The Nado would see the momentum swing heavily in their favor in the second quarter in what would be a big turning point in the game. The Nado had a 17-15 lead with just over three minutes left in the second quarter. Kylar Brandon would get called for an intentional foul that led to a double technical foul and Caney Head Coach Jim Deaton getting ejected from the game. Caney wouldn't score the rest of the half as the Nado took a 27-15 lead into halftime.

Caney would make a small run late in the four to cut the lead back down to single digits but the effort was too late. Caden Herring led Coffeyville with 20 and Ethan Viets had 14, shooting 8 of 10 from the free-throw line. Three Bullpups scored in double digits Gage Grant with 15 and Jack Billingsley and Colton Hightower both had 12.
