The Field Kindley High School wrestling coach has been named 2019-2020 Coach of the Year. The Booster Club presented Head Coach Spencer McGlothin with the award. Coach McGlothin, who is going into his 6th season, says when he took over there were just 14 students on the wrestling team.
McGlothin says at the end of this season he had 36 wrestlers on the boys team and 8 wrestlers on the first ever girls team a FKHS. He is also the art teacher at the high school, as well as the middle school wrestling coach and he's been involved with Coffeyville Kids Club wrestling for the last ten years.
