The Kansas City Chiefs are re-signing WR Sammy Watkins to a one-year deal with a base salary of $9 million. 

 

The number could increase close to $16 million with incentives. 

 

The deal comes after KC resigned Demarcus Robinson to a one year deal and now the core group at WR will run it back for 2021. 

 

Watkins is taking a pay cut to stay in KC for the upcoming season as the move will give the Chiefs $5 million in cap space.
