The Independence Community Community College Pirates basketball teams split a double header at home last night in a game heard live on KQQF 98.9FM. In the first game the Lady Pirates fell to Redlands College 65–55. The Lady Pirates ate now 1–2 on the season.
In the second game the Pirate Men overwhelmed Friends University 101–51. The Pirates had 5 Players score in double figures led by Cedrick Harris with 24 points. The Pirate Men are now 2–0 on the season.
