Royals Manager Retires

The winningest manager in Kansas City Royals history has retired. After ten years, two World Series appearances and one World Series Championship Ned Yost is calling it a career. Yost, who started with the Royals in 2010, had three losing seasons before turning it around 2013, making the World Series in 2014 and winning it all in 2015. Post championship has been rough for Yost and the Royals they've steadily declined including losing over 100 games in the last two seasons.

Yost will finish his 16 year career with over 1200 wins, including almost 750 wins with the Royals and a 22-9 record in the postseason.
